Please follow the instructions below to create an account, top up your created accounts, and rent virtual SMS numbers at Shortnum.com.

1. Create an account at Shortnum.com

Step 1. You click here => fill in the required information (Email address, First Name, Last Name, Password, Confirm Password) => tick on the I'm not a robot box => click Register.

Note

- The First Name, Last Name must contain between 2 and 20 characters.

- The Password must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

Step 2. You confirm email.

After you finish step 1, Shortnum Support will send a confirmation email to the email address you used to register your account. Please login your email => click on the received confirmation email => click Confirm Email button.

Note: if you do not see the confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Spam box => click on the received confirmation email => click Report not spam as the following photo => back to your Inbox, you will see the confirmation email from Shortnum Support.

After confirming email successfully, click on Login 

Step 3. You sign in your created account at Shortnum.com

Then you will see the interface below 

2. Top up your account at Shortnum.com

After creating an account at Shortnum.com, you need to top up your created account to rent virtual SMS numbers. 

To top up your account, you click on $ icon as the following image => click on Top up with Crypto (BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC, DOGE,...) (Auto deposit). 

You need to deposit your account with crypto. If you do not have a crypto wallet, please click and read How To Buy and Send Crypto.

When you have crypto, you enter the total amount you want to top up => select the Crypto currency with chain => click Submit

Then, you will see our crypto wallet and QR code that you can send money to. Your account at Shortnum.com will be topped up automatically after you send crypto successfully (usually, it takes 10-15 minutes).

Note: Make sure you send enough money to cover any coin transaction fees (if any). If you do not send enough money with the transaction fee (if any), your account at Shortnum.com will not be topped up automatically.

3. Use the virtual SMS number service at Shortnum.com

After topping up your Shortnum account, you can use the virtual SMS number services in 2 methods, including using an API key and renting virtual SMS numbers manually. 

Method 1: Use an API key

To get the API key, you click on profile icon => choose Profile => you will see your API key

Method 2: Rent virtual SMS numbers manually

To rent virtual SMS numbers manually, you click Home => select the Service (website or app) => choose Country => click on the purchase icon at the Operator you want to rent SMS. 

Next, you click on Activation to see the virtual phone number and OTP code.
